Understanding of the Roles in relation to a Coach

Personal Agility developed by Peter Stevens and Maria Matarelli is also a leadership and coaching framework. While applying personal agility on the teams and others, we will have to learn how coaching approach differs from being a boss, manager, teacher, trainer, consultant, and coach. I extended some of my thoughts in this transition activity focusing on these differences.
